Mitsubishi Pajero 2026
Announced but not yet available to buy. Register your interest and we’ll come back with a landed cost for your country once specification and pricing are confirmed.
Thailand first, then Japan and Australia during fiscal 2026 (April 2026 – March 2027); around 100 further markets from fiscal 2027
Read the announcementThe Pajero is back, and it is built in Thailand. Mitsubishi revealed the all-new car on 2 September 2026 — a ladder-frame, seven-seat cross-country SUV on a 2.4-litre clean diesel with a single variable-geometry turbo, 480 Nm, an eight-speed automatic and Super Select 4WD-II with S-AWC. It is 4,920 mm long on a 2,870 mm wheelbase, sits 230 mm off the ground, and approaches at 30.4 degrees. Thailand is the first market, with Japan and Australia following inside fiscal 2026 and around 100 more countries from fiscal 2027 — so for most of the world this car is a 2027 proposition unless you source it out of a market that already has it. Thailand and Australia are both countries we buy in. Register your interest with the grade and destination you want and we will come back with a landed cost the moment Mitsubishi publishes a price. Two things we will not pretend to know: Mitsubishi has published no price and no power output, and the 150 kW and 3,500 kg towing figures in circulation are trade-press reporting rather than Mitsubishi's own. Photography is Mitsubishi Motors press imagery of a pre-production car; Mitsubishi states that specifications and features may vary by trim level and market.

Providence Advantages
You order it in the country it is built in
The Pajero is built at Mitsubishi's Thai plant and Thailand gets it first. Thailand is one of the seven countries our own team buys in, so you can order this car at the front of the queue rather than waiting for the market you happen to live in to be reached.
Two right-hand-drive corridors, not one
Thailand and Australia are both markets we buy in, and both get the Pajero inside fiscal 2026. You choose the corridor on freight time, specification and what the price turns out to be — and if one of them stops making sense, we will say so.
You see the real number before you commit
Mitsubishi has not published a price anywhere yet. The day it does, we map the duty, VAT and registration-tax position for your destination onto the grade you actually want and give you one landed figure with the freight in it. Until then, nobody can quote you this car honestly.
